- 4 flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure the edge with butter.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Arrange roll-ups in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing, then drizzle over rolls.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of caramel or cream cheese icing.
