- 4–6 chicken drumsticks (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, coat drumsticks with olive oil and seasonings.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly spray drumsticks with oil before cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
